‘Politics of the Popular’ Free Workshop

Film & MCC postgraduate students Holly Eckersley and Wallis Seaton invite all staff and students to attend their free workshop next  Tuesday 21 June 2016.

‘Politics of the Popular’ will feature presentations from Dr Tracey Potts (co-author of Kitsch!: Cultural Politics and Taste) and Keele University’s Dr David McWilliam. Plus an ‘objects workshop’ where they will explore the different conceptual tools available to us as academics who research the popular.

The workshop will take place on Tuesday 21 June, 2016 between 12pm – 4pm, with lunch and refreshments provided.
